Our practice includes acting on purchases, sales, refinances, title transfers, and related real estate matters. We work to ensure that each transaction is completed in accordance with legal requirements while keeping the process organized, timely, and straightforward for our clients.
Types of Transactions
-
We assist purchasers with reviewing transaction documents, coordinating with lenders and other parties, and completing the legal steps required to transfer ownership. Our goal is to ensure that the closing process proceeds smoothly and that all necessary requirements are satisfied.
-
We act for sellers in preparing closing documentation, coordinating with the purchaser’s lawyer, and facilitating the transfer of title. We work to ensure that the transaction is completed efficiently and in accordance with the agreed terms.
-
We assist clients with refinancing transactions, including coordinating with lenders and preparing the required documentation. Refinancing may involve replacing an existing mortgage or arranging new financing secured against the property.
-
We assist with title transfers and other real estate matters, including adding or removing individuals from title, transfers between family members, and related property matters. Each transaction is handled with attention to legal requirements and proper registration procedures.
-
We assist purchasers with the legal completion of pre-construction transactions, including both interim occupancy closings (where applicable) and final closings for newly built homes and condominium units. Pre-construction purchases often involve additional steps and documentation compared to resale transactions, including builder requirements, occupancy documentation, and coordination of final closing details. Our office works to ensure that the necessary legal steps are completed and that the transaction proceeds in an organized and timely manner through to final registration of title.
